Shipping policy
Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, however we strive to fulfill your order within 24 hours. Our warehouse is pretty RAAD!
Shipping times may vary depending on method chosen and fulfilment time. Shipping is free over $100. If the order is less than $100, it is a flat $20.

Missing your package?
If your package has been marked delivered by the carrier you will need to call/make a claim online with the Canada Post.
They may have made an error and your package will be re-directed in a couple days. Be sure to check the community mailbox and if they have left you a key for the larger compartments, check with neighbours as well.
Please send your case number and details of your order to jen@raadcollective.com and we will also initiate a case on our end.
Should they deem the package lost we may be able to confirm new shipping details and re-ship your order, however Raad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and reserves the right to not replace the package.
